Cancellation Policy

Users must notify Dementia211.com at least 4 hours in advance of the need to cancel and/or reschedule. Dementia211.com will reschedule an appointment no more than 2 times in the same month, before payment will be considered completed for session. Dementia211.com has the right to refuse consultation sessions with full refund of funds to the user within 30 days.
